Reflecting on a Year of Giving Back at A&B Business Solutions

As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what truly matters to us at A&B Business Solutions: giving back to our community.

Community involvement isn’t just something we do—it’s part of who we are. Through our Bring It Home program, we set an ambitious goal for 2025: 1,250 volunteer hours dedicated to local organizations. And thanks to the incredible commitment of our team, we didn’t just meet that goal—we surpassed it! We’re proud to share that we’ve already reached 1,405 volunteer hours this year.

From supporting Junior Achievement, St. Francis House, and Feeding South Dakota, to lending a hand at countless other local initiatives, our employees have shown what it means to make a difference. Every hour volunteered represents our shared belief that strong businesses help build strong communities.

At A&B, we believe that if you want to make the world a better place, you need to start where you live. That’s why we developed Bring It Home, a program that gives back to our home communities by donating at least 1,250 hours of volunteer time per year. We provide each employee with 40 paid volunteer hours annually to encourage and support their efforts in helping our community. This initiative ensures that our team members have the time and resources to make a meaningful impact.

Our success is powered by the passion of our people. Here’s what some of our team members had to say about giving back:

Not only do we encourage volunteering, but we also recognize those who go above and beyond. Each year, we celebrate our Volunteer of the Year—a special honor for outstanding dedication. Congratulations to Kimberly Winegar, who contributed over 100 volunteer hours in 2025! Kimberly’s commitment is an inspiring example of how one person can make a big difference.

Volunteer of the Year

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited to continue this mission in the year ahead. Thank you to our amazing team and the organizations that allow us to serve. Here’s to making an even bigger impact in 2026!
