Our History

In 1981, Art Sinkey and Bill decided to start a small copy machine company in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They named it “A&B” after themselves and built a reputation of sound business practices, exceptional products, and honest prices. In 1993, Dennis Aanenson—who had spent the previous 9 years honing his sales skills and knowledge of the office equipment industry—bought the company with a vision of growth.

And that vision has come true. Over the years, A&B has expanded its services and products, opened sixteen offices in five different states, and grown from 3 employees to over 150.
