A&B Business Equipment, Inc. warrants all new and refurbished copier
products purchased for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of
delivery. During the warranty period, all adjustments and replacement
of broken or defective parts, not caused by accident, misuse or negligence
by the purchaser, will be made at A&B Business Equipment, Inc. expense
including parts, labor and transportation costs, if any.
A&B Business
Equipment, Inc. guarantees to the end user that it will make
available spare parts, supplies and service for any copier purchased
by the customer
from A&B Business Equipment, Inc. or on the customer site if within the
geographic territory normally serviced by A&B Business Equipment, Inc.
for seven (7) years from the date said new copier was sold to original customer.
A&B
Business Equipment, Inc. will guarantee the original purchaser the satisfactory
performance of new or refurbished copier purchased from A&B
Business Equipment, Inc. for sixty (60) times (X) the manufacturer's
maximum monthly copy volume
rating or seven years, whichever occurs first, providing the copier is
continuously on a full service maintenance agreement with A&B Business
Equipment, Inc. and the copier is continually protected from power disturbances
by an
authorized power regulation or conditioning device.
The foregoing warranty
is the exclusive warranty made by A&B Business Equipment
Inc. and is in lieu of all other warranties including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The foregoing warranty
is in effect regardless of whether or not the customer purchased
supplies from A&B Business Equipment Inc., as long as
any supplies used in connection with above copier are intended specifically
for use in that
copier.
