First, regular tap water is entered into the system. Then, what happens next is what makes our Pure Water systems exceptional:

Step 1 - Sediment Removal Filter

Removes larger particles like dirt, rust and silt.

Step 2 - Carbon Block Filter #1

Removes organic contaminants, chemicals, solvents, and chlorine.

Step 3 - 80 Gallon Per Day Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The reverse osmosis membrane removes ultrafine contaminants and totally dissolved solids like the heavy metals lead, mercury, chromium 6, as well as arsenic, fluorides, and sulfides. Our reverse osmosis membrane removes 95% of dissolved contaminants from the water by blocking any particle larger than 1 Angstrom in size. This extra level of purification is becoming crucially important as our groundwater continuously grows more and more polluted.

Step 4 - Carbon Block Filer #2

This stage provides a final polish to the water by stripping out any remaining trace amounts of contaminants and chemicals from the water.

Step 5 - Activated Oxygen Injection

A&B’s system injects pure activated oxygen into the tank as a final step to kill any bacteria, parasites or viruses that may develop in the tank. A&B’s activated oxygen system kills microbiological contamination thousands of times faster than chlorine and the resulting oxygenated water actually tastes better!
